Abstract
Through scientifically analyzing the existing problems in the current management of medical record copying in a targeted way, upgrading and rebuilding the medical record copying process by using advanced technology and equipment, and taking the effect of applying the new technology to the fullest play, medical record management, medical record copy preservation and the processes of charging for medical record copying are made more reasonable and more lawful, the legitimate rights of hospitals and patients are protected against infringement, and potential dangers of dispute in the copying process are reduced. By adopting the scientific management measures, the medical record copying process is optimized, improving not only the work quality and the work efficiency, but also the whole service level of the hospital, and enhancing the patients’ degree of satisfaction on the service, and facilitating the use of the medical records to serve hospitals and the society better.
