Abstract
Human ethical principles evolve and modify themselves as the development of science and technology,while conflicts seem inevitable between ethics and scientific research.Therefore,as practitioners and managers of biomedical research programs,we have to consider the outcomes of scientific research as well as relevant ethical and moral issues in the research process.It is indispensable to explore the relation between medical scientific research and ethical principles for further carrying out biomedical research.
