Study of electronic medical record in medical trouble

Abstract
Medical trouble is a hot issue in society. Medical record plays an important role in the action of medical trouble. EMR has been used more and more in medical treatment nowadays. The purpose of this article is to investigate the difference between EMR and PMR, the use and legalization of EMR can substitute for PMR. We suggest that EMR can be the legal evidence in the action of medical trouble.
