Abstract
As the population is aging rapidly,highly qualified talents of geriatrics are being needed by society.By combining with the features of geriatrics,this paper discusses the selection of supervisors,development of clinical competence,training of doctor-patient communication skills,enhancement of scientific research creativity,medical ethics education,and improvement of clinical skills evaluation.It is hoped to improve the comprehensive quality of graduate students of geriatrics to meet the needs of aging patients.
