The application of laboratory ISO15189 quality management system standard to improving the clinical venous blood sampling quality by nurses

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of clinical venous blood sampling by laboratory ISO15189 quality management system standard on the specimen qualified rate.Methods:178 cases of hospitalized patients were chosen as the research subjects.According to the randomized grouping principle,the patients were divided into the experimental group and control group,with 89 cases in each group.The control group were collected blood according to the spinal surgery inpatient conventional venous blood process,while the experimental group were in accordance with the ISO15189 quality management system standard.Results:The pass rate of pexperimental group was significantly superior to the control group,which was of statistical difference(P0.01).Conclusion:The laboratory ISO15189 quality management system standard can improve the standard and the qualified rate of specimen in venous bloods collecting by nurses.
