Abstract
Postgraduate is a new force in medical field.As a graduate supervisor,training a student to become one own noble morality,excellent clinical and scientific research ability is not only a basic requirement of the times,but important for the development of clinical medicine.The thesis elaborated on the point how supervisors training the postgraduate to improve their clinical scientific research ability in various perspective.
