Abstract
According to the statistical analysis of the scientific achievement based on the published papers, it was found that the postgraduate population played an important role to the scientific research of a hospital in the amount, the quality and the influence factor of published papers, the postgraduate education could promote the scientific research of a hospital. In the course of the creative ability training of the postgraduate education, it should be noticed more to the creative thinking training, education of the humanities and social science knowledge, and guiding postgraduates to correctly recognize the relationship of invention and following-up research, invention and failure, invention and benefit. Moreover, active authentication and application for awarding to the scientific research achievement of postgraduates may increase the scientific research ability and self-confidence of postgraduates, and also broaden the path of the scientific research output in a hospital.
