Abstract
Objective To analyze the situation of hospital scientific papers published,and to provide consult for the formulating of scientific research performance appraisal quantitative indicators. Methods Bibliometric method was used to describe the 524 papers with the first complete unit in the domestic publication in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2013. Results The total number of hospital paper increased year by year,but the core journals published number was not in proportion to present growth trend.The number of published papers had larger difference among different ranks and different professionals and senior ranks,clinical doctors were major group of papers published.Conclusion Scientific research performance appraisal indicators should constantly improves,by suitable extending the inspection cycle,comprehensive considering the factors of department personnel structure,strengthen training and improve the assessment and incentive system and gradually introducing the paper quality evaluation mechanism to improve the hospital scientific research paper output performance and the overall research performance.
