The progress of operative strategy for tibial plateau fractures

Abstract
Tibial plateau fractures are the intraarticular fractures suffered form high energy,mostly involve the serious soft tissue injury.The efficacy of the treatment for tibial plateau fractures is significant for the recovery of knee joint function.At present,Tibial plateau fractures are classified by the sharp of them,so that the treatment program was chosen.There are a lot of methods of treatment for tibial plateau fractures which can be found in clinical reports,and the efficacy of each treatmeant is not the same.In this paper,a large number of related literature on the tibial plateau fractures involving treatment has been reviewed,which could benifit some of the clinical treatment.
