Abstract

The new medical model indicates that humanistic care plays an important role in medical treatment.The idea of humanistic care should be emphasized in the management of patients with chronic heart failure in the community.The principles such as patient first principle,medical informed consent principle,body and mind unified principle,optimization principle should be followed.Humanistic care can help us to relieve the patients' mental problems,improve the relationship between doctors and patients,and improve the quality of patients' living.
