Abstract
BONEPRO is a prototype microcomputer-based expert system for the radiologic diagnosis of the solitary bone lesion. Utilizing a natural language parser, the program is able to display unusual features of any particular lesion for the information set provided. This enables the expert system to have significant potential as an educational tool.
