Ms. Harding is the founder and president of Monarch Innovation Partners, a technology-based innovation and consulting firm for health-care and life science organizations worldwide. Ms. Harding has over. 28. years of experience in health care, IT product development and thought leadership for some of the leading international and US-based health-care provider and payer organizations, pharmaceutical and public health agencies such as Johnson and Johnson, the American College of Cardiology, the US Veterans Administration, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid, and the National Institutes of Health. She also conducts original research associated with the development of connected health and open-source technology platforms for use by multinational clinical research organizations focused on drug discoveries for tuberculosis. (TB), precision medicine, chronic kidney disease biomarker research, and nanobiomedicine research frameworks.
