Abstract
= .01). Of the 34 discordant DBT-guided biopsies, 30 were architectural distortions. Conclusion With the transition to digital breast tomosynthesis-guided biopsy, more architectural distortions were biopsied, more radial sclerosing lesions were identified, and more discordance existed in radiologic and pathologic examinations, with a similar percentage of carcinomas diagnosed. © RSNA, 2020
