Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of special care in safe infusion of dopamine in patients with acute myocardial infarction accompanied by cardiogenic shock after emergency PCI surgery. Methods Forty-five patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock received emergency PCI treatment before(from January 2014 to June 2015) and 45 patinets after the implementation (from July 2015 to December 2016) of the special excellent care in the hospital were selected as study objects. The cases of emergency operation before and after the implementation were respectively set as the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine administration of dopamine infusion, and the observation group received topical excellent care with the theme of improving the safety of dopamine infusion. The differences of related observation indexes after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of safe events such as phlebitis and tubulization was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Systolic and diastolic blood pressure fluctuations before and after dopamine replacement were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion To improve the safety of dopamine infusion for patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with cardiogenic shock after emergency PCI, the special optimization practice can significantly improve the safety of dopamine infusion in these patients. Key words: Acute myocardial infarction; Cardiogenic shock; Emergency PCI; High quality care
