Abstract
These synthetic datasets and ground-truth branchpoint labels were generated by <a href="https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fnins.2020.592352/full">Tetteh et al. 2020</a>. Holes in the synthetic datasets were manually filled, and VesselVio branch point identifications were compared to ground-truth branchpoint labels.<br><br> See <a href="https://www.researchsquare.com/article/rs-608609/v1">Bumgarner & Nelson 2021</a> for branchpoint label counting methods.
