Establishment and Application of Achievements Registration Workflow Based on Hospital Integrated Collaborative Office Platform

Abstract

Objective The management of scientific research achievements is the key point of scientific research management in hospital. There are disadvantages in scientific research management system and traditional offline registration of scientific research achievements. The purpose of this study is to establish a workflow of achievements registration based on the hospital integrated collaborative office platform and promote its application in practice. Method This achievements registration process method was established after that the needs of each achievement management subject were analyzed. The workflow was designed. The process was visualized and the corresponding authority was set. And finally the workflow was continuously improved according to the operation feedback. Results The problems in the process of achievements registration were analyzed, including the identification of scientific research achievements, the recognition of achievements registration and the timely correction of filling errors, and the disposal measures were launched. Three principles need to be paid attention in the establishment of this workflow, including complete elements of achievements registration, accurate and true registration data and timely achievements registration. Conclusion The achievements registration workflow could be replicated in all levels of hospitals, and it was easy to be accepted and used by all hospital staff. At the same time, a new way was explored for the optimization of hospital scientific research management process.
