Abstract
Health Organization (WHO) as Coronavirus Disease 2019 . Until now, the number of COVID-19 cases still increasing. Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) is the gold standard for COVID-19 diagnosed. The PCR showed positive result if there is an accumulation of fluorescent signals at a certain amount, which is indicated by the value of cycle threshold (CT). The role of CT values in determining the severity of COVID-19 and the correlation between CT value and the severity of COVID-19 remain unclear.
