A Comparison Study on AI Language Detector

Abstract

This paper presents a comparison between different AI Language detectors. Currently, language models are gaining popularity due to its ability to generate text, or code. However, there is a growing concern over the misuse of language model in schools and universities for assignments or essays. This leads to a rise of AI language detector to ensure the text generated by AI language model are traceable. Through this review, we have tried to explore the different types of existing model that detects whether a text is generate by AI. These types of computational intelligent models can prevent language model misuse, including plagiarism detection, and language model fine-tuning. The review also examines the limitations of these models.
