Abstract
The findings demonstrate that periodontics research increased remarkably during the past 10 years. Saudi Arabia stands not only on the topmost rank in overall research productivity in the Arab countries but also surpasses the rest of the Arab countries in the 100 most-cited articles. Saudi Arabia contributed 26 articles with the United States, while Jordan contributed the highest ratio of indigenous research.
