Abstract
The design of sustainable and scalable educational systems poses a significant challenge, but Artificial Intelligence (AI) holds great potential for enhancing the effectiveness and sustainability of blended learning. This research paper specifically focuses on the integration of ChatGPT, an AI-powered conversational agent, within blended learning environments. The study aims to investigate the potential of AI techniques in improving the sustainability of educational systems, explore the use of ChatGPT for personalized learning and increased engagement, and propose a model for sustainable learning that incorporates AI. By contributing to the existing knowledge on AI applications in sustainable education, this research aims to identify best practices for integrating AI in education, offering valuable insights for policymakers and educators on the benefits of AI in educational delivery. The study highlights the importance of AI in sustainable education, particularly in relation to personalized learning and educational accessibility. Through automating administrative tasks and optimizing content delivery, AI can improve educational accessibility and foster inclusive and equitable education.
