Abstract
Introduction Voices calling for a digital, structured, and feedback-oriented medical training are growing louder. In this context, the PreparedEPA App plays a crucial role by enabling brief assessments of medical tasks in the workplace to enhance the feedback culture. The term "EPA," Entrustable Professional Activities, describes medical tasks entrusted to qualified personnel. The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of the app on feedback culture, medical training, the Mentee-Supervisor relationship, as well as its practicality in clinical settings.
