Abstract
Open AI's ChatGPT-3—“Chat Generative Pre-Trained Transformer”—has been increasingly popular among academic institutions. Practitioners that attempt to determine the sincerity of student work have highlighted worries about the employment of an AI-driven chatbot. The educators can use artificial intelligence tools like ChatGPT to help youngsters who already have admirable qualities thrive in the classroom, according to the proposed approach. These students are adept at communicating with the ChatGPT application and have the knowledge and abilities to use it positively. Genuine evaluation and character development are aided by leadership as a basic strategy and facilitator. Using ChatGPT and other AI techniques, educators can leverage this to build engaging learning environments for their hard-working moral fiber-developing students. The importance of establishing stronger character, encouraging more good psychological outcomes like flow states, helping students meet their psychological needs, and creating opportunities for them to receive support as they adjust and gain self-assurance are explored.
