Abstract
The healthcare industry is in a growth trajectory and the services being offered by them are often life-saving for the recipients. For ensuring the continued delivery of these services, it is necessary that there is a constant supply of healthcare workers who will be able to deliver these services at the time of need. This can be ensured with the help of AI-enabled HRM. The objective of this chapter is to investigate the impact of AI-enabled HRM practices on ideal HRM practices, which again has an impact on the achievement of the strategic goals of the organisation. A cross-sectional research design was used for this study. The data was collected from the HR department of the various multi-speciality hospitals across five metropolitan cities in India. The data was analysed by using structural equation modelling by different software packages such as SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0.
