Hospital management must have tools that not only provide specific knowledge about the current situation, but also enable forecasting future trends and challenges. 2. Operational efficiency, financial profitability, and quality of services pro‑ vided are just some of the areas where advanced analytical methods can bring significant benefits. 3. The effectiveness of analytical tools is closely related to the ability to in‑ terpret and implement them in management practice.
