The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in higher education has opened new avenues for personalized learning. This chapter examines the role of ChatGPT, an advanced AI-powered conversational agent, in facilitating tailored educational experiences for students with diverse learning needs. Through an exploration of the implementation of ChatGPT in higher education settings, this chapter sheds light on the potential of AI to enhance inclusivity and address challenges faced by students.
