Abstract
A series of artificial intelligence algorithms, especially machine learning, have been widely used in the integrated analysis of multi-omics data, which can systematically capture the complex association between multiple sets of data and establish a more reliable multi-omics data linkage. In addition, artificial intelligence methods can effectively solve problems such as data heterogeneity, dimensional magic, data missing, class imbalance, and big data scalability.
