Abstract
Actually, healthcare information can be really upgraded by the combination of blockchain technology with artificial intelligence. Reducing breach risks due to the decentralized and cryptographic protection of blockchain, it simply means that only authorized people would be able to access sensitive information, making the security of the data greatly improved. This also builds interoperability through standardizing protocols for exchanging data and using smart contracts as administered work, hence reducing chances of error and exertion on health care systems. AI contributes to real -time analytics by enabling predictive modeling and clinical decision support for healthcare experts to make informed, on-time decisions based upon a vast data set. The patient-controlled data features offered by Blockchain will empower the patients, bring in trust and transparency, and further ease healthier decisions due to real-time access to health records. It also helps much towards cost efficiency, considering that administrative costs are reduced with the automated process and further reduction of fraud through transparency offered by Blockchain. For instance, it creates clear audit trails for compliance with regulations like HIPAA, making compliance a much easier affair. Its architecture is cloud-based, allowing the system to scale to the demands that will arise from growing amounts of data. Case study and pilot program success stories have shown just how effective this combination of technology and healthcare services can be. This has become patently apparent in the joint proposals from the tech and healthcare companies. Looking ahead, IoT devices integrated with blockchain and AI might open new scopes for real-time health monitoring, whilst current research is working on the further improvement of algorithms and innovative scenarios. Overall, the integrated architecture would be opening a prospect for the new health care data management with improved results.
