Abstract
The demand for efficient health record management systems in India has become increasingly apparent in recent years due to the country’s vast and diverse healthcare landscape. In response to this need, this study proposes the development of a comprehensive full-stack health record management system tailored specifically for the Indian healthcare context. The system aims to streamline the collection, storage, and retrieval of patient health records, ensuring accessibility, accuracy, and security throughout the healthcare ecosystem. This proposed system have front-end as well as back-end components, providing users with a seamless and intuitive interface for interacting with patient data. Leveraging modern technologies, the proposed framework front-end interface will Furthermore, the development of this full-stack health record management system will involve extensive collaboration with healthcare stakeholders across India, including hospitals, clinics, government agencies, and regulatory bodies. By fostering partnerships and incorporating feedback from end-users, this system goal is to address the unique challenges and requirements of the Indian healthcare ecosystem, ultimately contributing to improved patient care, enhanced data interoperability, and more efficient healthcare delivery nationwide.
