Abstract
The objective of this systematic literature review was to identify and analyse studies using or integrating artificial intelligence (AI) in clinical pharmacology. The available data suggest that the use of AI and machine learning may facilitate drug discovery and development and may reduce costs and partly eliminate the need in preclinical and/or clinical trials.
