Abstract
AI technologies are revolutionizing communication systems, enhancing processing techniques, scalability, efficiency, and intelligence, making them more intelligent and scalable in real-time. In this chapter, we discuss the applications of AI tools for the generation, execution and enhancement of real-time communication systems across telecommunications, healthcare, education and business-sector collaboration. Machine learning, Natural language processing (NLP), and predictive analytics come under the array of AI-driven tools that help improve communication system performance, reliability, and security. In areas such as automated error detection and real time adaptation to network conditions, latency optimization and personalized experiences, the AI is solving many of those predictable challenges, the article explores. The discussion on machine-to-machine communication, AI's role in real-time translation, sentiment analysis, and intelligent routing, has led to new trends, frameworks, methodologies, and initiatives for contemporary communication.
