Providing Insight on the Profound Effect of Generative AI on Employee Engagement

Abstract

Employee engagement is a constantly evolving and challenging indicator to measure the success of any organisation. That is why the importance of employee engagement has increased over the past decade. Owing to this, companies are focusing on how employees feel towards the work environment i.e. companies ensure the employees enjoy the work while contributing to the success of the organisation. To identify the effectiveness of employee's engagement, the organisation has to collect and analyse the data regarding the career advancement, management feedback and suggestion for improvement. Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be implemented to assist in collecting those data. With the introduction of Generative AI has caused significant transformation across various sectors including employee's engagement. This chapter explores the profound effects of Generative AI on employee's engagement in dynamic work environment.
