Abstract

The integration of AI tools like ChatGPT is transforming branding by reshaping consumer interaction, brand identity, and competitive advantage. This study examines ChatGPT's role in branding, highlighting its ability to enhance customer engagement through real-time, personalized communication, ensure brand consistency, and generate data-driven insights. It supports scalable customer service and hyper-personalized experiences, fostering brand loyalty and satisfaction. However, challenges such as data privacy, algorithmic bias, diminished human interaction, and over-reliance on automation pose significant concerns. Ethical and regulatory issues further complicate its adoption, especially where transparency is critical. Despite these barriers, advancements in natural language processing, emotion recognition, and multilingual features suggest a promising future for ChatGPT in branding.
