Abstract
Implant design significantly affects stress distribution in the surrounding bone. Tapered implants reduce stress concentration in the cancellous bone, making them suitable for regions with poor bone quality. Hybrid implants, with their balanced stress distribution, may offer advantages in areas requiring load optimization.
