Abstract
This chapter will explore Artificial Intelligence innovation and management in Higher Education. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a pivotal technology that profoundly affects the learner's experience. Ethical concerns such as bias, fair use, privacy, and data security are paramount when implementing AI in Higher Education. Educational institutions and platforms are utilizing AI tools for teaching and student evaluation. AI is notably enhancing the efficiency and outcomes of the educational system. This study explores the thematic and conceptual development of AI in Higher Education and emphasizes the role of ethics in its implementation and development. The analysis indicates that all stakeholders in higher education increasingly recognize the importance of ethical applications and tools in AI.
