Abstract
CT examinations are critical for diagnostic imaging but involve safety challenges, including radiation exposure, contrast agent side effects, and patient information management risks. This study employed Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) analysis to identify safety-critical tasks, with "Confirm the examination and patient condition" and "Confirm the examination using contrast agent" recognized as the most impactful. These tasks significantly influence "Confirm the side effect history of contrast agent and allergy" and "Confirm the kidney function," emphasizing their importance in risk mitigation. The introduction of an electronic questionnaire system significantly improved risk assessment accuracy and workflow efficiency, demonstrating a scalable model for enhancing patient safety and operational reliability.
