The Influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on the Digital Transformation of Human Resources in the Context of Industry 5.0

Abstract
Abstract Purpose The current research tries to understand awareness of the people about the Artificial Intelligence (AI) that might improve Human Resources (HR) digital transformation within the framework of Industry 5.0 and to contribute in the existing literature. Methodology The present study conducted with the help of snow ball sampling, and the number of responses collected was 142; this was based on the Rummel’s 1970 study and Schwab’s 1980 research and for the data analysis weighted average method used. Findings The study’s conclusions demonstrate that, in the context of Industry 5.0, all parties concerned are aware of the benefits of AI for HR digital transformation. The respondents strongly endorsed the variety of issues this research looked at, highlighting the significant relevance of AI in the HR sector. Implications The present study will contribute in the existing literature and help the various stakeholders for adopting AI-driven technology in the respective organisations. Originality The study suggests that AI is the need of the time more specially in the context of Industry 5.0. The organisation can take benefit of the same by implementing the AI in the respective organisations.
