Abstract
The healthcare industry will experience revolutionary medical practices through Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration up to 2030. This chapter analyzes future tendencies in AI coupled with smart healthcare through a discussion about advanced technologies helping medical staff with prediction capabilities, tailored treatment solutions, and immediate clinical choices. Through Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, this chapter sets out major investigation paths that highlight federated learning as a data protection and Explainable AI (XAI) method for decision processes and digital twin modeling for precise healthcare delivery. This chapter identifies AI-powered diagnostic technologies, along with robotic surgery systems and wearable health monitoring. Remote patient care services can be improved through the combination of Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) technology with 5G-enabled smart healthcare infrastructure. The chapter also presents the essential framework needed to deploy AI in healthcare and achieve ethical standards and security requirements for healthcare data.
