Abstract
Neurodivergence encompasses diverse cognitive profiles, such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), which present unique strengths and challenges in organizational settings. This paper explores the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into workplace strategies to foster neuroinclusion, guided by self-determination theory (SDT) and the resource-based view (RBV) as lenses. AI emerges as a critical enabler, addressing barriers faced by neurodivergent employees while amplifying their contributions to organizational performance. Our proposed model demonstrates how AI-driven tools can align neurodivergent strengths with organizational needs, fostering creativity, precision, and adaptability. By tailoring workflows, enhancing communication, and mitigating sensory challenges, AI can help organizations build environments where neurodivergent employees thrive. By embedding neuroinclusive strategies into their core practices, companies can drive innovation, build sustainable competitive advantages, and establish themselves as leaders in workplace equity.
