Abstract
This chapter delves into the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI) and inclusive technologies in higher education, exploring their capacity to dismantle structural inequality and amplify social justice. As educational institutions grapple with the persistent challenges of accessibility, diversity, and equity. Through a critical analysis of current AI applications, such as adaptive learning systems, natural language processing, and data analytics, we examine how these technologies can personalize education, enhance learning outcomes, and bridge gaps for marginalized students. The chapter also scrutinizes the risks and ethical considerations associated with AI, emphasizing the need for responsible implementation to avoid exacerbating existing disparities. We highlight the pioneering paths that institutions are taking to integrate AI and inclusive technologies into their curricula and administrative processes. Ultimately, this chapter advocates for a holistic, inclusive approach to technological integration in higher education.
