Abstract
This study investigates the ethical challenges and opportunities posed by the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in Assurance of Learning (AoL) pro-cesses within AACSB-accredited business education programs. The problem centers on the tension between AI's potential to enhance assessment effi-ciency and the ethical risks it introduces—particularly concerning data priva-cy, algorithmic bias, transparency, accountability, and academic integrity. The aim is to evaluate these risks and propose a policy-oriented framework for ethical AI implementation. The main results reveal that, although AI pre-sents significant challenges, it can also support equitable and transparent ed-ucational practices when governed by robust data protection policies, bias mitigation strategies, and inclusive oversight structures. The study introduces an AI Ecological Education Policy Framework consisting of pedagogical, governance, and operational dimensions to guide responsible AI integration
