The Role of Generative Artificial Intelligence in Advancing Multilingual Intelligent Support Systems

Abstract

The rapid evolution of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) presents a unique opportunity to revolutionize multilingual sensible guide structures, presenting big improvements in translation accuracy, dialogue control, and person pleasure. This study explores the integration of cutting-edge models, such as GPT and BERT, into a novel gadget designed to cope with the linguistic and cultural challenges inherent in multilingual contexts. A practical prototype leveraging Python-based tools, HuggingFace Transformers, Langchain, and Gradio, was developed and evaluated across multiple metrics, including BLEU scores, user satisfaction, and response times. The outcomes indicate that the proposed device outperforms traditional approaches, especially in low-aid and culturally nuanced languages. Despite those improvements, demanding situations such as coping with dialectical variations and embedding cultural sensitivity persist. This study highlights the capacity of Generative AI to shape the future of smart help structures while supplying clean instructions for overcoming its present-day boundaries.
