Abstract
This study explores how Artificial Intelligence (AI) affects students’ learning, focusing on both psychological and organizational aspects. High school and university students often face stress, low motivation, self-doubt, poor time management, and procrastination, which can hinder academic performance. AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Duolingo, and adaptive learning platforms, are increasingly used to support learning by providing explanations, feedback, personalized guidance, and task management. A survey of 77 students was conducted to examine common difficulties, AI usage, and students’ perceptions of its effectiveness. Results show that most students use AI to understand material, improve productivity, and receive feedback, while reporting high trust in AI tools. Concerns about dependency and accuracy were also noted. These findings suggest that AI can enhance students’ motivation, self-efficacy, time management, and planning skills, highlighting its potential to support both psychological and organizational aspects of education.
