Abstract
Multimodal AI demonstrates superior diagnostic and prognostic performance compared to unimodal models and, in some cases, outperforms expert clinicians in managing retinal vascular diseases. Integrating complementary data sources, such as OCT, fundus imaging, and clinical information, enhances model accuracy and generalizability.
