D1.3: AI4HOPE Platform Conceptual Architecture

Abstract

This deliverable provides the conceptual architecture for the project platform, serving as a high-level blueprint that defines the fundamental structure, key components (like the AI4HOPE Platform, DJC and eHealth Mobile Application), and their logical interactions and data flows. The document's primary purpose is to establish a shared strategic guide and common reference point for all stakeholders—from developers to clinicians—ensuring the design is fully aligned with overarching project objectives and essential healthcare and technical standards (such as HL7 FHIR). Its seven sections systematically move from an exploration of the State-of-the-Art standards and existing solutions to detailing the conceptual design, technical analysis, and how the architecture will be applied to specific pilot projects.
