Abstract
The strategic landscape of resource allocation across organisations is being rapidly altered by artificial intelligence (AI), especially in the areas of financial and human resources. This study examines how AI can improve financial planning and investment strategies, optimise worker deployment, and strengthen decision-making procedures. AI helps businesses better align their resources with internal performance measures and changing market conditions by utilising machine learning, predictive analytics, and datadriven modelling. AI helps human resource managers with workforce projections, skill matching, talent acquisition, and individualised employee engagement. AI facilitates risk assessment, budget optimisation, and real-time financial analysis in the distribution of financial resources, resulting in more flexible and knowledgeable capital allocation choices. By empowering strategic foresight and reducing operational inefficiencies, AI integration enables organisations to anticipate demands and adapt proactively to change. Nevertheless, in order to guarantee accountability, transparency, and alignment with long-term strategic objectives, the use of AI also presents organisational, technological, and ethical issues that need to be resolved. In addition to presenting insights into best practices and the future direction of AI-driven strategic planning, this paper offers a thorough review of AI's role in resource allocation.
