Abstract

Ordinis is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) framework designed to scale complex international legal workflows, offering practical solutions for businesses, governments, and financial institutions. This technical demonstration for the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Law (ICAIL) 2025 focuses on trademark workflows as a core use case. Given the significant economic and operational challenges in trademark management, it serves as an ideal domain to showcase the framework’s capabilities. Ordinis integrates insights from the Generative AI (GenAI) and Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) alignment research with principles from Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) to create a modular, adaptable, and cost-effective system. Unlike monolithic industry solutions, Ordinis emphasizes scalability, reliability, and international legal compliance. While trademarks are the focus here, the framework is architected for broader applications in high-stakes domains.
