Abstract
● Relational failures in neurosurgery can yield complaints, consent disputes, and liability. ● We reframe “humanization” as relational precision—a measurable safety/quality domain. ● We propose a minimal, auditable “Human-Precision Safety Bundle” for key perioperative moments. ● Bundle metrics include teach-back, SDM documentation, update adherence, and communication-UPC themes. ● We call for a neurosurgery-specific Core Outcome Set to standardize humanization interventions.
