As artificial intelligence (AI) is developed and integrated into a variety of sectors, ethical concerns about development, use and governance have become an important global issue. This chapter examines a variety of ethical challenges in AI, including machine learning distortions, data protection concerns, algorithm accountability, and the social impact of automation. It examines the conditions, guidelines and regulatory approaches of existing ethical frameworks pursued by various regions and international organizations. Through case studies and analysis of emerging trends, this chapter identifies key strategies to ensure ethical AI government, promote transparency and promote integrated innovation. Ultimately, it suggests a practical solution to bridge the ethical gap and generate global consensus on responsible AI development.
