Abstract

ABSTRACT The recruitment process has changed significantly with the introduction of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in human resources management. Many organizations now use AI-based tools to support activities such as resume shortlisting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. This study focuses on understanding how AI helps recruiters improve efficiency and accuracy in talent acquisition. It also examines the advantages of AI in reducing manual effort and improving hiring quality, along wit the challenges related to data accuracy, bias, and ethical concerns. The paper highlights the need for a balanced approach where AI supports recruitment decisions while human judgement remains essential.
