Dear colleagues, 2026 has arrived.I wish you and your families happiness and peace.CPN has strived to deliver practical, helpful information in the medical field, based on the latest research findings and clinical evidence.With the rapidly changing medical environment and increasingly specialized clinical needs, we recognize that the types of information our readers require are also diversifying.Accordingly, CPN aims to provide a broader and more practical clinical information by expanding beyond the traditional content framework and introducing various article types, including Perspective Articles, Methods/Technical Papers, Clinical Perspectives, and Guidelines/Consensus Statements.Beyond simply presenting research results, our goal is to provide up-to-date research findings, practical information, clinicians' decision-making, and diverse voices informed by experience and insight.The newly introduced article types have the following directions: First, we will strengthen our content, focusing on clinical application.We pursue evidence-based interpretations and practical implications, focusing on practical concerns and issues encountered during diagnosis and treatment.Second, we will expand our multidisciplinary perspective.By examining a single disease or treatment strategy from the perspectives of various specialist fields, we will facilitate a more comprehensive understanding.Third, we will share diverse field experiences.Through the real-world experiences and case studies of clinicians, we may deliver practical insights that go beyond textbook knowledge.Through this transformation, CPN will be trying to move beyond being a mere "journal for reading" to becoming a knowledge platform that breathes life into the clinical field.We hope CPN will be a meaningful companion to our readers in their clinical practice, research, and reflection.
